HTM12864A-31W-A5P is white background, has 128x64 monochrome pixels, KS0107/KS0108 controller or compatible, very common and well documented, MUC interface, contains single white LED backlight, can be easily dimmed via resistor or PWM, STN -LCD positive film, wide operating temperature range, RoHS compliant, compact size. Optional 3.3v or 5v power supply and optional pin header connections.
